Best Online Programme: Shortlist Announced by Flower Council

As Chanel de Kock, Marketing Manager of the Flower Council reports, the past 8 months have been a busy time, and they’ve seen many florists push the digital boundaries of their business with their specially curated online programme for florists.

Commenting on the programme Chanel said “It’s gone by really quickly, often asking ourselves just where this year has gone, but even so, some florists have really taken the programme by its horns, made time for it, and worked really hard to improve their online presence. Now we have finally made our shortlist selection for the programme which have been chosen by our international teams through a voting system.

Florists were awarded points for all topics and the overall big changes made to their digital platforms. From the 30 florists who participated in the programme, some have dropped out, some have only made a small noticeable effort, but it was really difficult to make the selection since most had done such an amazing job.

Out of the 30 selected participants, they managed to get the selection down to 12, then to 8, then 3, and it was cut-throat! Most have done so well, and even though there it only one prize, we believe that everyone who made the effort and applied our tips to their businesses are all winners, and we hope that everyone is pleased with their results and have learnt something from the programme.

The three shortlisted florists have been invited to attend the Gala Dinner at FleurEx on Saturday 21 October to find out if they’ve won, and for the winner to collect the award.

The Shortlist, in no particular/alphabetical order is as follows.
