Wear A Flower ... help a flower focused charity

Wear a Flower week heroDozens of florists have already signed up to help Brain Tumour Research during Wear A Flower Week 2019 (10th - 16th June) to help raise awareness about brain tumours and fundraise to help find a cure.

The campaign is being supported by The Jane Packer Foundation, set up in memory of the legendary Jane Packer whose life was sadly cut short by a brain tumour in 2011. The Foundation was set up Jane’s husband, Gary Wallis, to increase awareness and raise funds for this devastating disease.

If you sign up today, the charity will send you a fundraising pack, will link to your business and publish your logo on their website, and promote your shop to its supporters nationwide via social media and email marketing.

During Wear A Flower Week, please promote the campaign to your customers – help them to see how they would like to wear a flower, and encourage donations via the collection box the charity includes in its fundraising pack or via the text donate option included on the posters in your packs.

Wear A Flower Week coincides with British Flowers Week and is supported by the charity’s ambassador, Danny Clarke (the BBC's The Instant Gardener). Danny's sister, Margot, died of a glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) brain tumour at the age of 52.
