Valentine’s is looming but will it be a flood of red roses, or will consumers want to do things differently in 2023? Only time will tell (personally we think there will ALWAYS be a place for the red rose bouquet) but we also reckon there will be another shift to doing things differently and why we love the plans being launched by Flower Council of Holland from the end of January and which will run until the big day.
Because they are taking a leaf – or rather leaves and flowers! - out of the Ancient Greeks Handbook of Love with a campaign run under the Funnyhowflowersdothat.co.uk brand that will celebrate love in all shapes and the site brimming with everything love-related.
For 2023 the focus will be on bouquets that match different types of love, such as one for universal love, another for passionate love and yet another for self-love. Becasue let’s face it, like flowers, love comes in all shapes and sizes.
And as well as bouquets full of love, Funnyhowflowersdothat.co.uk and its sister sites in Germany, France and the Netherlands will be inspiring with heart-warming DIYs. Those who want to give their Valentine a real surprise can easily make their own aromatic flower candle or delicious rose punch.
For florists all the stunning images – as well as the Greek God that inspired them - are available for you to use free of charge as long as you use the hashtag #funnyhowflowersdothat – simply go to their website and download!
