2:  If you download pictures off our site the same rules apply.  Just because we may not have watermarked them does not mean they are free to use.  They have either been bought by us from an official photo agency or somebody worked long and hard to get the skills to take a good photo.  It is only right and proper that their work is accredited correctly … either with their name where it shows or The Florist Magazine/Purple Spotted Media as the owner of the shot. Basically, downloading photos from anywhere without permission is theft and as such illegal – we do check!

3:  The only database involvement is if you sign up for our newsletter and that is all covered by the Privacy Policy which you can read here.
