Whilst Blue Monday may have brought out a flurry of press releases about how plants can beat stress, truth is they work all year round and thier healing properties should never be ignored or underated and as a selling tool is a seriously strong message.
Because studies show that plants can provide some mental health benefits and that constantly seeing and being around plants help us feel more calm and relaxed. In addition caring for them can also reduce stress levels and boost our mood.
